Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy describes the information used to operate AI Zombie Video and its account, purchase, support and AI video features.

Information involved in the service

• Account and session data: Your email, account profile and sign-in information, plus cookies or similar data needed to keep you signed in. A connected sign-in provider may also supply account details if that option is enabled.
• Creation data: Your selected story roles and settings, the two reference portraits you upload, task status, and generated video results. Uploaded and generated media may be stored with a storage provider and served through a media URL. Anyone who receives a publicly accessible media URL may be able to view that file; do not upload sensitive material you are not comfortable sharing this way.
• Purchase and credit data: Orders, payment provider references, credit grants and credit use. The payment provider handles checkout and payment credentials; our service records the information needed to confirm and support a purchase.
• Support and technical data: Messages you send to support, and technical information needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and the steps from account creation through checkout and a confirmed purchase. The events we send are page views, email sign-up, checkout start and purchase. Checkout and purchase events may include a product identifier, payment provider, currency and amount. For purchase deduplication, we send a one-way hash of our internal order reference, not the reference itself.

We strip URL query strings and fragments from page addresses before sending them, mask private creation IDs in page paths, and limit external referral URLs to their domain. We do not intentionally send account email addresses, names, payment credentials, prompts, uploaded media or raw order references to Google Analytics. Google may still process browser and device information, approximate location, and analytics cookies under its own policies. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled for this integration. Analytics data is used to measure use of the site and purchases, and is processed by Google as a service provider.

Why information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, process purchases, maintain credit balances, submit and deliver video tasks, answer support requests, diagnose errors, and protect the service from misuse.

Service providers and sharing

To provide these functions, relevant information may be processed by our hosting and storage providers, payment provider, authentication or email services, and the AI generation provider. Reference media and task instructions may be sent to the AI provider to generate a video. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address security and abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, access and requests

Account, order, credit, task and support records are kept as needed to operate the service and handle related requests. Uploaded and generated files may remain in storage until removed through our operational process. We do not currently provide a self-service export or deletion button in account settings.

To request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, email contact@aizombiehug.com. Signed-in users can also open a support ticket. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where required for transactions, security or legal obligations. If you share a media URL, consider who can access it before requesting removal.
