About the service

AI Zombie Video lets account holders create short AI-generated videos using two uploaded adult portrait images as references. Features and available purchase options may change. A purchase option is only available when it appears in the checkout flow.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or submit any image, video or other material you use. Do not submit material that violates another person's rights or applicable law. You remain responsible for your inputs and how you use or share generated results. The service, its interface and its original assets remain ours or our licensors'; these terms do not transfer them to you.

AI-generated videos

AI output can vary between attempts. We do not promise an exact match to a reference, a specific artistic result, uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be suitable for every purpose. Review a result before publishing or relying on it. You must not use the service to impersonate someone without permission, infringe rights, or create unlawful or harmful content.

The credit cost for the selected duration and resolution is shown before you submit a generation. When a generation is marked as failed, the credits consumed for that generation are returned to your balance. If a result or credit balance appears incorrect, contact support with the order or task details.

Purchases and refunds

When checkout is available, the current products are one-time credit packs priced in US dollars, not recurring subscriptions. The applicable price and credit amount are shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Credits are granted after payment is confirmed; a pending or canceled payment does not grant credits.

A returned generation credit is different from a refund of a payment. For a payment refund request, email contact@aizombiehug.com or, if you can sign in, open a support ticket. We review payment refund requests case by case, subject to applicable law. Include your order number and a short explanation; do not email payment card details.

Access and changes

We may restrict access when an account is used in violation of these terms or to protect the service and its users. If you want to close an account, contact us; there is currently no self-service account deletion control in settings. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
